Facility Information
The facility is operated and maintained by the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District. The facility offers a wide variety of classes, activities, and special interest programs. The facility’s main hall can be rented for special and private events.
Rent the main hall for a special private event from 9 AM – 10 PM on Monday – Saturday and 9 AM – 8 PM on Sunday. Alcohol is permitted with written approval (restrictions apply).

How to Reserve
Submit the Request for Rental Form to check availability between the hours of 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. If the requested date is available, the main hall deposit is due within 3 business days, and all fees must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event. Applications may not be submitted less than 30 days or no more than 11 months in advance, except for funerals and memorials. Permits will be issued to adults only, 18 years of age or older.
