Term: November 2024-2028
Director Rosen was elected to the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District’s Board of Directors in 2020. He grew up in the Eden Area and has served his community by participating in Eden Area Livability Initiative, the Castro Valley/Eden Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, H.A.R.D.’s Citizen Advisory Committee, and many other organizations and committees. He and his family have used H.A.R.D. facilities for years, and he has gained invaluable knowledge which enables him to collaborate with local agencies and create successful relationships to benefit the community.
