Term: November 2024-2028
Director Andrade has served on Hayward Area Recreation and Park District’s Board of Directors since 1994 and has a background in Land Use Planning. He was born in Hayward and has been engaged in community affairs as a member and past chair of the Citizen Advisory Committee, organizing a 250-member community association for the Cherryland district of Alameda County and more. He works devotedly to maintain H.A.R.D.’s tradition of high-quality programs and facilities for the community to enjoy.
