Director Lamnin was elected to the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District’s Board of Directors in 2022. She has served the Hayward community in a variety of ways, including as a City Council Member, City Commissioner, and community volunteer. In her 20 years as a state and nationally certified recreation therapist, she developed programs for people of different ages, abilities, and life experiences. As a HARD Director, she is committed to ensuring equity, access, and sustainability across the district so everyone has safe and joyful recreation opportunities now and into the future.
