Adobe Art Center
The Adobe Art Center has two studio buildings. Our Redwood studios include painting, drawing, jewelry, textile arts and fabrication facilities. In our lobby we have art displays, a small library, tea and lounge. We have a ceramics studio and kilns. We are one of the few ceramic programs in the Bay Area to offer gas high temperature glaze (cone 10) reduction firings as well as alternatives for firing.

Classes are offered at Adobe Art Center in Castro Valley and additional locations throughout the District. For specific class offerings, please see our Recreation Guide.

We are located in the beautiful Adobe Park in Castro Valley. The park also has a playground, grassy field, picnic tables, bocce courts and skate park.
