The General Manager is the chief executive officer of the District. Along with supporting staff, administers all business of the District by executing the Board of Directors’ policy decisions.
The Administrative Services Department is made up of Finance and Accounting and Information Technology Divisions.
The Capital Planning and Development Department oversees the planning, design, and construction of parks and facilities projects.
The Parks and Maintenance Department is responsible for the maintenance, repair, construction, and cleaning of all the parks and facilities within the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District.
