We have created our Summer Park Programs to be able to provide programs under the most recent directives from Alameda County. These Summer Park Programs will provide child care for up to 12 campers that are the children of essential, outdoor and additional business workers. Daily activities will include traditional summer camp games and activities that are designed with each child’s health and safety in mind. Sessions will be three weeks long and participants will be with the same camp leaders and youth for the entire period to prevent mixing of groups. We understand past participants may miss the special character of many of our traditional camps and we apologize for not being able to offer those this summer.
We will be offering three sessions which will operate for three weeks each:
Session 1: June 22 – July 10 – No camp July 3rd
Session 2: July 13 – July 31
Session 3: August 3 – August 21
Children must attend the first week of the session in order to come to the camp. Failure to show for five or more consecutive days of the 3-week session will result in withdrawal with no refund.
Children’s health will be screened daily and parents should not bring their child to camp if any member of the household, including the child coming to camp had fever, cough or shortness of breath in the last 24 hours; if the child had contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus in the last two weeks.
