Nancy Schluntz

Nancy has volunteered every Tuesday morning for the last 10 years to assist staff in the wildlife hospital under many different capacities. Her main job involves the care of our wild resident mammals such as the coyotes, and opossums. She is also instrumental in the care of our resident mammals that are classified by the state as “special handling required mammals,” meaning that in addition to extra training, a (pre-exposure rabies vaccine is required!) Animals that fall under this category include our resident bats, skunks, and foxes.
