has been selected for the Monthly Volunteer
Recognition Award for October 2009. He has been a volunteer in the PhotoCentral
Program for twelve years. Robert was the founder of the Sunday Photo
Group and Darkroom Club, giving students and patrons opportunities to
share pictures, work on ideas and receive feedback in a supportive environment.
He has been an integral part in hanging nearly all of PhotoCentral’s
exhibitions, worked on mailings, helped with receptions and has been
a right-hand man for PhotoCentral’s fundraising events. In addition to
his dedication and hard work in a variety of areas, Robert has proven
to be an excellent handyman and his skills invaluable to the PhotoCentral
Program. PhotoCentral staff is grateful for all of the time and energy
that he has donated to the program and very happy to recognize Robert
Jankowski as recipient of the Monthly Volunteer Recognition Award for
October 2009
He will be eligible for the Volunteer of the Year Award for 2009, which
will be announced in January.
